Orders are shipped within 1-2  business days of payment. Orders made during promotional periods and special sales events may lead to longer shipping times, at the discretion of pettgy.com. In such cases, customers will be informed in advance.

All goods are inspected and sealed before delivery to avoid damage.

Petggy will always keep you updated on your order status via email. Orders cannot be canceled once they have left our warehouse.

Free standard shipping is available on petggy.com. We do not deliver to P.O. box addresses.
